NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED ORDINANCE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE WARSAW FIRE TERRITORY You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the Town Council of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, on February 2, 2009, at the hour of 7:00 pm, in the Warsaw City Hall, 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana, to consider a proposed ordinance for the establishment of the Warsaw Fire Territory. Following the aforementioned meeting, the Common Council will meet at the Warsaw City Hall on February 24, 2009 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. to adopt the resolution for the establishment of the Warsaw Fire Territory. If enacted, the proposed ordinance will establish the Warsaw Fire Territory between the City of Warsaw, Indiana, as the provider unit. Wayne Township of Kosciusko County, Indiana, as a participating unit and may also include the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, as a participating unit. The proposed ordinance will establish uniform tax rates within the Warsaw Fire Territory. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection by the public on all business days, during regular business hours, at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, and will also be made available for inspection at the public hearings.
