NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Luke Wright requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Lot Coverage and Side Yard Setbacks on his or her property, which is located at 200 Administration Blvd, Winona Lake. More particularly described as follows: Parcel ID 005-071-393, Lot 67 1st AMD & ADD Winona Park. The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of May, 2016 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
