NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Michael & Myra Taylor requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Michael & Myra Taylor to build a home (or install a "stick built" modular) to be used as a rental home. We also request that this home can be used by our college age daughter and her two room mates on their property which is located Packerton Road, Parcel I.D. #006-112-044, more particularly described as follows: Deer Run Lot #1 - currently vacant. The hearing will be held at Town of Winona Lake, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of November, 2008 at 8:30 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
