Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given, that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Tom Starkweather requesting a variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance which would permit him to build a detached garage forward of the front set back on his property which is located at 1010 E 225 S in Winona Lake. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Avenue in Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 8:30 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1590 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
