NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Frank Spata requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Sideyard and Lot Coverage Variances on his property which is located at 109 Lakeside Drive, Winona Lake, IN 46590. More particularly described as follows: Lot 6 Lake Lawn and Pt. Vac. Public Way. The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 25th day of January, 2016 at 8:30 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
