NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Steven Scott Silveus requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Seven (7) Grace College students to rent house through Grace College, on his property which is located at 805 Tennis Street, Winona Lake, IN. The hearing will be held at the Town Offices of Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of July, 2012, at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
