NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Scott & Jodi Feather requesting approval of a Variance from Developmental Standard for to allow for a 1' variance from the required 7' sideyard setback on property located at 635 N. Johnson Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Part Lots 93 & 94 of Hodges Addition Key Number 4-45-52 This hearing will be held at City Hall Chambers 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
