NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Gary & Debra Smalley requesting the vacation of lots in Lakewood Addition in Seward Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana Lots 1 thru 5. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room, on the 3rd floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, Warsaw, Indiana, on Wednesday the 1st day of October, 2008 at 1:00 pm All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
