Norman requesting the vacation by ordinance of an alley in the Plat of the Town of Sevastopol, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and which "alley" is described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 24 in the Town of Sevastopol as a point of beginning; thence 16 feet Southerly to the Northwest corner of Lot 6 in the Town of Sevastopol; thence East along the North line of Lot 6 a distance of 120 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6i thence North 16 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 24 in the Town of Sevastopol; thence West along the South line of Lot 24 a distance of 120 feet to the place of beginning. This description is intended to describe the platted alley lying between Lot 6 and Lot 24 in the original plat of the Town of Sevastopol. You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana has set the above petition for hearing at 9:15 a.m., on October 23, 2012, at the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, prior to the above time and date set for hearing.
