NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation as Petitioner, has filed a verified petition with the Town Board of Mentone, Indiana seeking the vacation of a public way, which petition has been set for hearing before the Town Board of Mentone, Indiana on the 5th day of January, 2015, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The hearing will be held in the Town Hall, Mentone, Indiana. The public way for which vacation is sought is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Public way designated as "Street" in the Plat of Tippecanoe Estates First Addition recorded in Plat Book 7, page 99, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
