NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition: Nye-Brandt Plat, by Thompson Thrift/Don Potter, which is a proposal to revise existing drainage and utility easements on the property. The property is located at NWC SR 15 + CR 300 N. The hearing has been set for Monday, December 10, 2012 at 7pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 302 E Market St, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal. The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.
