NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Jon Serbousek requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a building a multi story home with expanded lot coverage of 60%, 45 foot height with 20% side setback; street side setback consistent with adjoining property owners on his or her property which is located on Court Street. More particularly describe as follows: Lots 162, 163 & 1/2 or 164. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 21st day of July, 2008 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1590 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
