The property is located at 2515 Oriole Lane, Warsaw, IN. The hearing has been set for Monday, May 11, 2009 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 302 E. Market St., Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal. The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.
