NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition: Gardens at Center Lake, by Ralph Biggs, which is a proposal to subdivide 4.5 acres into 9 lots. The property is located at Gilliam Drive. The hearing has been set for Monday, February 09,2009 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 302 E Market St, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal. The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.
