NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Town Board shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Marvin P. Miller & Verlie J. Miller requesting a vacation of a utility easement located between Lots 35 & 36, Country Garden Estates Section III at 108 Peachtree Lane, Winona Lake, IN 46590. Said real estate is more particularly described as follows: Lots 35 & 36 Country Garden Estates Section III as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 97 in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County. The hearing will be held at the Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on the 13th day of September, 2011 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN 46590 no later than Noon on the day of the hearing.
