NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF ZACHARY T. NETZLEY and VONDRIA L. NETZLEY BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a petition has been filed with the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana, by Zachary T. Netzley and Vondria L. Netzley, requesting the vacation by ordinance of a part of certain roads and alleys in the Plat for the Town of Oswego, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 16, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, and which road is described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 112 in the Town of Oswego, thence Southerly along the eastern boundary of Lots 112 and 113, a distance of 132 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 113; thence Westerly along the South line of Lot 113, a distance of 132 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 113; thence Southerly 16 ~ feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 139; thence Easterly along the North Lot lines of Lot 139 and 138, a distance of 132 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 138; thence Southerly along the East lot line of 138, a distance of 132 feet to the Southeast corner of 138; thence Easterly 66 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 137; thence Northerly along the Western lot line Lot 137, a distance of 132 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 137; thence Easterly along the Northern lot lines of Lot 137 and 136, 132 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 136; thence Northerly 16.5 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 115; thence Westerly along the South lot lines of Lot 115 and Lot 114 a distance of 132 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 114; thence Northerly along the East lot line of Lot 114, a distance of 132 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 114; thence Westerly 66 feet to the Place of Beginning. You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana, has set the petition for hearing at 9:30 a.m. on May 26, 2009, at the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, prior to the above time and date set for hearing. After hearing the petition may be granted, denied or continued and an ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of said real estate.
