NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Gary & Debra Smalley requesting an amendment to the Seward Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Residential District to an Agricultural District, the following real estate, located: 025-106-023.24,25,26,27 an South Side Yant St & 850' West 675 W and described as follows, to wit: Lots 1-5 Lakewood Addition. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Agricultural Uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
