NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Diana & Lee Price requesting an amendment to the VanBuren Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Commercial District, the following real estate, located: 027-066-006.AA an West Side SR 15 & 2400 Feet South of Section St. and described as follows, to wit: The south 115 feet by parallel lines of the following described tract: A tract of land in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 17, township 34 north, range 6 east, VanBuren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more specifically described as follows: Commencing at an iron pin marking the center of section 17 and the true beginning point of this description; thence north 0 degrees 31 minutes west along the east line of said northwest quarter which runs parallel to the centerline of State Road Number 15, 312.2 feet to an iron in; thence south 89 degrees 29 minutes west, 245.3 feet to an iron pipe; thence south 0 degrees 31 minutes east, 312.2 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 89 degrees 29 minutes east, 245.3 feet to the point of beginning This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
