NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Michael Jackson requesting subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 013-012-003. an South Side Old 30, 650 Feet West of 65 W and described as follows, to wit: A tract of land in the northwest quarter of section 5, township 32 north, range 5 east, Harrison Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more or less particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of said northwest quarter with the northerly right-of-way of the Conrail Railroad, formally the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railroad (record in document #92-02-0148); thence north 71º09'38" West (Basis of Bearings recorded in said document and used herein, along the north line of said Conrail Railroad, 867.78 feet to a point; thence north 03º18"43" West, 198.71 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing north 03º18'43" West, 133.3 feet to the southwest corner of lot # in the First Addition to Jackson Heights; thence north 86º41'17" east, along the south line of said lot #3 and said south line extended, 200.00 feet to the southwest corner of lot #4 in said First Addition to Jackson Heights; thence south 03º18'43" east, 133.3 feet to a point; thence south 86º41'17" west, parallel with said south line of lot #3, 200.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.612 acres more or less. Subject to all covenants, easements, or restrictions of record and all applicable building and zoning laws and ordinances and possible rights of tile and drainage ditches. This hearing will be held at Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
