NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Kim & Monica Grubbs requesting an amendment to the Plain Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 029-107-001.B an South Side 350 North, West of 350 N and described as follows, to wit: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a mag nail found at the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of said section 27; thence S90*00'W (assumed bearing), on and along the north line of the southwest quarter of said section 27, being within the right-of-way of County Road 350N, a distance of 325.83 feet to a mag nail; thence S00*-38"-48"E, parallel to the east line of said southwest quarter, a distance of 267.40 feet to an iron pin; thence N90º-00'E, parallel to said north line, a distance of 325.83 feet to a mag nail on said east line; thence N00º-38'-48"W, on and and along said west line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 150E, a distance of 267.40 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.000 acres of land subject to legal right-of-way for County Road 350N and County Road 150E, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easement of record, and subject to an easement for an overhead transmission line which crosses the above-described tract. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 8:30 am. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
