NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Richard Surface requesting an amendment to the Seward Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 025-065-003. an West Side 400 West & East of 425 W and described as follows, to wit: Lot number 1, being the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 25, township 31 north, range 5 east, containing 38.19 acres, more or less, excepting therefrom the following described tract, to wit: Commencing at the northwest corner of lot number 1 in section 25, township 31 north, range 5 east, thence south 16 rods; thence east 10 rods; thence north 16 rods; thence west 10 rods; to the place of beginning, to contain 1 acre of land, and containing in said tract, after deducting said exception 37.19 acres, more or less. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
