NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Kay Promkhieo & Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission requesting an amendment to the Tippecanoe Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Agriculture District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 005-054-053.B, 053A & 053 an East Side EMS W30A1 & North of EMS W30A and described as follows, to wit: A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, more accurately described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at an iron pin marking the Southwest corner of Lot Numbered Twenty six (26) in the recorded plat of Lakeland Park Addition to Yellow Banks and running thence North 200 feet, more or less to a point, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot Numbered Twenty-two (22) in Lakeland Park Addition to Yellow Banks; running thence west 115 feet, more or less to a point; thence south 200 feet to a point; thence east 115 feet, more or less back to the point of beginning. Said tract containing 0.528 acres, more or less. This description for zoning purposes only. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
