NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Capital Growth requesting an amendment to the Tippecanoe Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to a Commercial District, the following real estate, located: 005-037-085. an legal for rezone (parent parcel 005-037-085), 6915 N SR 13 and described as follows, to wit: The west 322 feet of the south 250 feet lying east of SR-13 of the parcel recorded in the Kosciusko County Recorders office in deed record 234, page 227, Kosciusko County, Indiana. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
