NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Benjamin Butz, requesting an Exception be granted to permit the following described real estate to be used for the purpose of exception from the provisions of section 106 & 202.27 of the subdivision control ordinance to allow the sale off of an unplatted tract resulting from a hardship, all pursuant to section 104 of the subdivision control ordinance. Said real estate is located in an area which is presently zoned as agricultural by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The use requested is listed as an Exception for that area, or a similar use which is consistent with the objectives and purposes of the particular District. Said real estate is located at: 4873 S 400 E Warsaw, on key number 017-020-003. & 3D The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
