NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Barbee Lake Conservation requesting an amendment to the Tippecanoe Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Public Use to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 005-106-003. an East side 700 E & 480 Feet South of 400 N and described as follows, to wit: Real estate, situate in Kosciusko County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit: Commencing at a point twenty-eight (28) rods south of the northwest corner of section twenty-seven (27), township thrity-three (33) north, range seven (7) east and running thence east twelve (12) rods, thence south twelve (12) rods; thence west twelve (12) rods to the section line, thence north twelve (12) rods to the place of beginning, containing seven-eights (7/8) of an acre more or less. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
