NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Indiana Finance Authority will hold a public hearing on August 19, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. in the offices of the Indiana Finance Authority located at One North Capitol, Suite 900, Indianapolis, Indiana, regarding the issuance of one or more series of Indiana Finance Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2008 (Parkview Health System, Inc.) in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $400,000,000 (the "Bonds"), to be used for the purpose of providing funds to Parkview Health System, Inc. and Parkview Hospital, Inc. (collectively, the "Borrowers"), to (i) refund directly or through an exchange all or a portion of the Indiana Health Facility Financing Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2001A, Series 2001B, and Series 2001C (Parkview Health System Obligated Group) (FLOATS SM) and all or a portion of the Indiana Health and Educational Facility Financing Authority Revenue Bonds (Parkview Health System Obligated Group) Series 2005A and Series 2005B; (ii) obtain credit enhancement for the Bonds, if any; (iii) fund a debt service reserve fund, if any; and (iv) pay certain costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds, including underwriter's discount (collectively, the "Project"). At the time and place for such public hearing those persons attending will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the above referenced financing.
