NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Roy Guenin requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permi a variance for 43% coverage and a variance of 12 ft from the front property line of his property which is located at 1304 W. Canal St., Winona Lake, IN. More particularly described as follows: The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 25th day of August, 2008 at 8:30 pm.
