NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing, Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to hear a variance request, #02-09-SU, filed by Harvey Kemp on behalf of Weston LLC, 1301 Stahly Drive Nappanee, IN 46550. The request is for a Special Exception to allow the operation of a discount grocery and retail outlet store to be conducted out of a portion of the building located at 1301 Stahly Drive located in an I-1 Zoning district. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered. All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
