NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the City of Nappanee, Elkhart and Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, that a public hearing will be conducted by the Common Council of the City of Nappanee on a request for tax abatement on both real property and personal property improvement by WGGD, LLC for Quality Hardwood Sales Inc., LLC, 602 Tomahawk Trail, Nappanee, Indiana. A statement of benefits is on file in the Clerk-Treasurer's Office, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana. The real estate was designated to be an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-1 on September 15, 2008. A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected in the Elkhart County Assessors office. The real estate owner, WGGD, LLC, has requested tax abatement on the real property for a period of three (3) years. The manufacturer, Quality Hardwood Sales, Inc. LLC, has requested tax abatement on the personal property located on the real estate for a period of five (5) years. Said hearing will be held on Monday October 20, 2008 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee Municipal Center, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
