NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Kelvin Wadkins requesting approval of a Use Variance for Retail on property located at 411 W Center St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: 410+ Hood & Britton This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, November 23, 2015, at 7:00:00 PM. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
