BLAIR TO VACATE TWO ALLEYS TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana by Paul G. Blair and Janice K. Blair requesting the vacation by ordinance of two alleys within the Revised Plat of the Pfeiffer-Veach Addition on Sawmill Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat book 4, page 25, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, and which alleys are more particularly described as follows: ALLEY NO. 1 Beginning at the North (Northeast) corner of Lot No. 36 in the Revised Plat of the Pfeiffer-Veach Addition on Sawmill Lake, then Southerly along the East line of Lot 36 to the East (Southeast) corner of said Lot 36; then continuing along the same line an additional 25 feet; thence Easterly 7 feet along the centerline of the Northwesterly one-half of Lot 33, extended; thence Northerly along the center of the platted alley a distance of 30 feet; thence Easterly along the South line of Lot 36, extended; to the South (Southwest) corner of Lot 37; thence Northerly along the West line of along the West line of Lot 37 to the West (Northwest) corner of Lot 37; thence Westerly 14 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning; this description constituting an alley 14 feet in width and 50 feet in length, more or less, lying between Lot 36 and Lot 37, as well as half of the alley along the East line of the Northwesterly half of Lot 33. ALLEY NO. 2 Beginning at the North (Northeast) corner of Lot No. 37 in the Revised Plat of the Pfeiffer-Veach Addition on Sawmill Lake, then Southerly along the East line of Lot 37 to the East (Southeast) corner of said Lot 37; thence East 14 feet to the South (Southwest) corner of Lot 38; thence Northerly along the West line of Lot 38, 50 feet more or less to the West (Northwest) corner of Lot 38; thence Westerly to the point of beginning; this description constituting an alley 14 feet in width and 50 feet in length, more or less, lying between Lot 37 and Lot 38. You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana has set the above petition for hearing at 9:15 a.m., on the 28th day of February, 2012, at the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana, prior to the above time and date set for hearing.
