Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Devon and Laura Hochstetler requesting an amendment to the Jefferson Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to an Agriculture 2 District, the following real estate, 033-015-004 and located On the South Side 1350 N, West 700W and Described As Follows, To Wit: The East One-half (E 1/2) of the East One-half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 6, Township, 34 North, Range 5 East, containing forty (40) acres, more or less.
