NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Harold & Freda Sellers requesting an amendment to the Washington Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Commercial District to an Agriculture District, the following real estate, located: 009-122-001.A an East Side 400 E. 670' N Wilcox Rd and described as follows, to wit: A part of the north half of the northwest quarter of section 31, township 32 north, range 7 east, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the said north half of said northwest quarter, running thence south 640 feet; thence east 330 feet; thence north 640 feet; thence west 330 feet, said tract containing 5 acres, more or less. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
