NOTICE BY PUBLICATION FOR PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT 121 NORTH LAKE STREET WARSAW, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA 46580 IN RE THE NAME CHANGE OF TAMERA KAY SMITH CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-1005-MI-302 Notice is hereby given that Tamera Kay Smith has filed her Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in the above styled case requesting that the Kosciusko County Circuit Court change her name from Tamera Kay Smith to Tamara Kay Smith. This Petition was filed on the 21st day of May, 2010, and will be heard and determined by the Kosciusko Circuit Court on the 16th day of July, 2010, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard by the Court. Any person having an objection to the granting of this Petition may file a written objection with the Court at any time prior to the hearing date, or may appear personally at the hearing to object thereto.
