NOTICE BY PUBLICATION FOR PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT #1 121 NORTH LAKE STREET WARSAW, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA 46580 IN RE THE NAME CHANGE OF MORGAN ELIZABETH CONN CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-1009-MI-168 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Christopher North has filed his Petition in the Kosciusko Superior Court #1, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in the above styled case, requesting the Kosciusko Superior Court #1 to change the name of his minor daughter, Morgan Elizabeth Conn, to Morgan Elizabeth North. This Petition was filed on the 15th day of September, 2010, and will be heard and determined by the Kosciusko Superior Court #1 on the 19th day of November, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard by the Court. Any person having an objection to the granting of this Petition may file a written objection with the Court at any time prior to the hearing date, or may appear personally at the hearing to object thereto. In the event that a person fails to appear or fails to file a written objection prior to the hearing date, then said Petition shall be heard and determined by the Court and the prayer thereof granted, if the Court finds the request be in the best interests of said child.
