NOTICE BY PUBLICATION FOR PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT 121 NORTH LAKE STREET WARSAW, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA 46580 IN RE THE NAME CHANGE OF TSIGE BRIAN BERELSMAN CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-1210-MI-117 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dawn M. Berelsman and Brian K. Berelsman have filed a petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in the above styled case, requesting the Kosciusko Circuit Court to change the name of their minor daughter, Tsige Brian Berelsman, to Tsige Berelsman. This Petition was filed on the 25th day of October, 2012, and will be heard and determined by the Kosciusko Circuit Court on the 21st day of Court Any person having an objection to the granting of this Petition may file a written objection with the Court at any time prior to the hearing date, or may appear personally at the hearing to object thereto. In the event that a person fails to appear or fails to file a written objection prior to the hearing date, then said Petition shall be heard and determined by the Court and the prayer thereof granted, if the court finds the request to be in the best interests of said child.
