NOTICE OF PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN THE MATTER OF THE CHANGE OF NAME OF JEANNIE LYNDELL ENZERRA, PETITIONER IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-1203-MI-31 To: Any Interested Person You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under Cause No. 43C01-1203-MI-31 whereby Petitioner Jeannie Lyndell Enzerra (a/k/a Jeannie Joy Sholly) has requested that her name be changed to Jeannie Joy Sholly. Said Petition was filed on the 26th day of March, 2012. Any person objecting to said name change may appear at the hearing and file written objections thereto. Hearing in this cause will be conducted before the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N.
