NOTICE OF PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN RE: THE PETITION FOR THE CHANGES OF NAMES OF: Paige Marie Waldrop and Dawson Neal Waldrop, Minor Children By Barbie Jean Walmer, as Petitioner, Mother and Next of Friend IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-1210-MI-121 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 31st day of October 2012, Barbie Jean Walmer, as the Petitioner, mother and next of friend of the minor children, filed a Verified Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause Numbered 43C01-1210-MI-121, requesting that the name of the minor child, Paige Marie Waldrop, be changed to Paige Marie Walmer and that the name of the minor child, Dawson Neal Waldrop be changed to Dawson Neal Walmer, pursuant to the provisions of I.E. 34-28-2. THE COURT has set the Petition for hearing for the 21st day of December, 2012, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the same can be heard in the Circuit Courtroom located in Room Number C-261 on the second floor of the Kosciusko County Justice Building, located at 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The hearing date may be rescheduled as is necessary. THE COURT may not hear the Petition and issue a Final Decree until after thirty (30) days from the later of the Proof of Filing of the Publication of the Notice required under said Statute, or after the Service of the Petition upon the Parents or Guardian of each minor child, as is provided by I.E. 34-28-2-4. Any person has the right to appear at the hearing and to file objections. Objections to the Petition may be filed in writing with the Clerk ofthe Court in this cause, by mailing the same setting forth the case name and number, at or prior to hearing, or by attending the hearing in person or by a representative, the address of the Clerk of the Court is Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
