NOTICE OF SALE MOBILE HOMES Pursuant to the order of the Kosciusko County Circuit Court, certain mobile homes held in the name/names of Shane Flora/or MSD Holdings, LLC and presently located at the Meadow Acres Mobile Home park, 12600 S, SR 13, North Manchester, Indiana, were ordered to be sold. There are approximately 15 of such homes. Any party interested in the purchase of such homes may view the homes on January 23, 2012 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm or may call 574-612-2019 for additional information. A description of the homes and location will be given to callers to facilitate viewing before the auction. Certain of the homes are subject to contract and the obligations under those contracts will continue after the sale. The auction will be conducted by: Larry Miller, Auctioneer and will occur at the Meadow Acres Mobile Home Park, 12600 S., SR 13, North Manchester, Indiana on 23rd day of January 2012 at 12:30 o'clock p.m. Winning bidders will be required to pay for the mobile homes at the time of auction, and will be required to make acceptable arrangements for the disposition or moving of the homes within (30) thirty days of the purchase. All homes will be sold "as is", and no warranties are made regarding any of the homes. Prospective buyers should familiarize themselves with the mobile homes prior to purchase.
