NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
Construction-Management & Design, Inc. of 1906 North Oak Road, Plymouth, Indiana 46563 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Tippe River Downs Phase-IV located south of County Road 300 North approximately 1,925 feet west of State Road 15.
