The Troyer Group is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 lAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Intersection Improvement at Old US 30 Conidor and Zimmer Road, INDOT Project No. 0710955, Designation No. 0710955, located at Sections 1 & 12, Township 32N, Range 5E, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County. The project is an intersection reconstruction of Old US 30 and Zimmer Road. Runoff from the site will discharge to an open ditch. The open ditch will drain along an existing legal drain and outlet to the Tippecanoe River. The new storm sewer and ditch will incorporate the existing legal drain tile.
