LEGAL NOTICE In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given for a new 97,000+/- s.f. building addition for Zimmer at 1777 W. Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The project includes building, loading dock, drive and utilities. The project is scheduled to commence in May, 2009, and construction should be completed in May 2010. More specifically, the Project is located in the SW 1/4 Section 7, T 32N, R6E. Receiving waters are Walnut Creek.
