Worthington Ag Parts is submitting an NOI reissuance letter for our facility (located at 6149 North State Road 15 in Leesburg, Indiana 46538) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to continue to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the facility will discharge to a nearby drainage ditch and ultimately to un-named ephemeral streams.
