Winona Restoration Partners, LLC (700 Park Avenue, Suite G, Winona Lake, IN 46590) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the construction of a new ice skating rink. The development is located just East of the Post Office located at 710 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN 46590. Runoff from the project site will discharge to a newly constructed underground detention system then to Winona Lake and eventually to the Peterson/Keefer Evans ditches.
