PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Winona Lake (1310 Park Avenue, P.O. Box 338, Winona Lake, IN, 46590) is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lake City Greenway Trail from Park Avenue to Grace College in Sections 14, 15, 22, and 23, T32N, R6E, Wayne Township.
