NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY West Hill Development, Inc. of 445 E 200 N, Warsaw, Indiana 46582 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lots 3, 8 & 9 of the West Hill Industrial Complex, Warsaw, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will discharge to on-site detention basins that are located within the Tippecanoe River watershed.
