(48797 Alpha Dr. Ste 100, Wixom, MI 48393) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Warsaw Hauling Facility located at 2352 N. Boeing Rd, Warsaw, IN. 46582. Runoff from this project will discharge to the Hickman Ditch.
