NOTICE Warsaw Missionary Church North Central District, Inc. (1849 East Springhill Road, Warsaw, Indiana 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Indiana Department of Environmental management (IDEM) of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the "Warsaw Missionary Church North Central District, Inc.". The project is located on the north side of Springhill Road, 530' Southwesterly of the center of U.S. Highway #30, on the North side of Warsaw, Indiana. The project is located in the SE 1/4 of 4-32-6, City of Warsaw, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Pike Lake.
