NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY Warsaw 15-300N I, LLC (901 Wabash Ave, Ste 300, Terre Haute, IN 47807) is submitting a NOI letter to notify the IDEM of the intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Warsaw Commons Outlot 1C in Plain Twp, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more specifically, part of the SW 1/4 of Sec29-T33N-R6E located at 530 W CR 300 N. Construction is scheduled to commence on August 15, 2011 and be completed on or before December, 2011. Stormwater Run-off from the project site will discharge to the Tippecanoe River watershed.
