Wabash Valley Power Alliance (WVPA), located at 6702 Intech Blvd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46278 is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the South Central 69kV Electric Transmission Line Project. The project is centrally located at 41°7'39.58"N Latitude and 85°53'34.59"W Longitude in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Storm water runoff from this project may discharge into Sloan Adams Drain and unnamed tributaries to Trail Creek.
